By Car: From Leeds and the North East- Take M621 to M62 Westbound and continue towards Bradford, Huddersfield, and Manchester. Exit M62 Westbound Junction 17 onto Bury New Road/A56. Continue on A56, then turn right onto New Bridge Street/A6042. Continue onto Trinity Way/A34, which becomes Irwell Street, then New Quay Street, then Quay Street.

From Liverpool and the West- Take M62 Eastbound towards Manchester, Leeds, and Warrington. Continue onto M602 towards Salford and Manchester City Centre. Exit M602 Junction 3 onto A5063, towards Salford and Trafford Park. Keep left at fork, follow signs for Salford, Pendleton, A5063, and A6. Slight right onto Albion Way/A5063, turn right again to stay on Albion Way/A5063. Turn right onto Crescent/A6. Turn right onto Trinity Way/A34, which becomes Irwell Street, then New Quay Street, then Quay Street.

From Stoke and the South- Take M6 Northbound towards Nantwich, Burslem, and Tunstall. Exit M6 Northbound at Junction 21a M62 Eastbound towards Manchester, Leeds, and Bolton. Continue onto M602 towards Salford, Manchester City Centre. Exit M602 Junction 3, onto A5063 towards Salford and Trafford Park. Keep left at fork, follow signs for Salford, Pendleton, A5063, and A6. Slight right onto Albion Way/A5063, turn right again to stay on Albion Way/A5063. Turn right onto Crescent/A6. From Lancaster and the North West- Take M6 Southbound towards Preston, Kendal, M6, Blackpool and M55. Exit M6 Southbound at Junction 30, M61, towards Manchester, Bolton, Leeds, M62, Blackburn, and M65. Keep right at fork, follow signs for M60 Ring Road (W&S), Trafford Park, Liverpool, M62, Birmingham, and M6. Exit M60 West & Southbound at Junction 12, onto M602 towards Salford. Exit M602 at Junction 3, onto A5063 towards Salford and Trafford Park. Keep left at fork, follow signs for Salford, Pendleton, A5063, and A6. Slight right onto Albion Way/A5063, turn right again to stay on Albion Way/A5063. Turn right onto Crescent/A6. Turn right onto Trinity Way/A34, which becomes Irwell Street, then New Quay Street, then Quay Street.

By train: (Piccadilly) Arrive Manchester Piccadilly Rail Station, walk to Manchester Piccadilly Metrolink Station. Take Eccles, Media City:UK or Altrincham lines to St Peter’s Square. Walk to Midland Hotel, turning right onto Peter Street. Follow Peter Street, which becomes Quay Street after Byrom Street and the Opera House. Quay House is the first office building on the right.

(Victoria) Arrive Manchester Victoria Rail Station, walk to Manchester Victoria Metrolink Station. Take St Werburgh’s Road or Altrincham lines to St Peter’s Square. By Metrolink: All services (St Werburgh’s Road, Eccles, Altrincham, Media City UK, Bury, Piccadilly, Victoria)- Alight St Peter’s Square Metrolink stop. By free Metro Shuttle bus: Take Metro Shuttle 3, which runs from Piccadilly Rail Station, Portland Street, and Oxford Street every 10 minutes between 7am and 7pm. Alight Quay Street, Quay House stop.
